San Diego’s Bootique Fitness and DK Hair, located in the neighborhood of Hillcrest, are teaming up to benefit the youth of the 3rd grade class of La Palmas Elementary School in National City. Together, they will be hosting a Charity Boot Camp which will be free for all but will be accepting and greatly appreciating voluntary donations.
So grab a a mat or towel, water, and some friends and come join Bootique Fitness and DK Hair for 45 minutes of fun and fitness. This charity boot camp is co-ed (so bring the hubby!) and starts at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 15th. Let’s rock this out, raise some money for the kids, and get a great workout. This event will take place in beautiful Balboa Park at 6th and Upas.

Cost: Free – Voluntary Donations Only
Remember to bring a mat or towel to lay on and water to this co-ed event. No pre-registration necessary, but plan to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get set up.

DK HAIR NAMED TO THE SALON TODAY 200 BY SALON TODAY MAGAZINE
LINCOLNSHIRE, IL (January 2011) – San Diego’s DK Hair owned by Kenneth Bradshaw and David Valencia recently was named to the SALON TODAY 200 by SALON TODAY magazine, the top business publication for salon and spa owners.
The magazine’s 14th annual SALON TODAY 200 issue profiled the selected salons in its January 2011 issue. The 200 salons were selected for their best business practices from applications submitted by SALON TODAY readers, who represent the 25,000 top-producing salons and spas in the country.
